As an Associate Consultant, you’ll be tasked with generating hard-to-find candidates for our clients as well as learning the ropes with business development, ultimately leading to you winning your own clients.
You’ll join one of our growing Chicago teams, specializing in:
High-Tech Recruitment - Product, Engineering, AI, Cybersecurity
GTM Recruitment - Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success
No prior recruitment or technical experience needed but a strong bonus if you have some sales experience. If you’re curious, driven and willing to learn, we’ll teach you everything else.
The day-to-day of this role
Headhunting candidates to meet specific requirements from our clients
Run vetting calls with these candidates to assess relevance for the role and obtain key information
Submitting resumes, scheduling interviews and managing candidates through processes
Building relationships with senior people in your industry with the view of developing them into clients overtime
Mastering sales outreach to land conversations with key decisions-makers
Being a core part of the team day-to-day and contributing effectively to culture

What we’re looking for
A college graduate or someone with professional work experience
Confidence, resilience and a strong work ethic

What you’ll get in return
$45,000 - $50,000 base salary (negotiable with sales experience)
