
Creator Category and Campaigns Manager - USDS

Responsibilities
Design and implement creator campaigns to motivate creators on TikTok Shop and achieve monthly business growth for new and existing brands.
Leverage internal resources to refine strategies for identifying creator segments for campaigns and improve efficiency of campaign recruitment channels.
Pursue alignment with cross‑functional stakeholders to incubate creators for commerce activation through creative brand and campaign partnerships.
Analyze affiliate creator data to provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders regarding incentive engagement and budget utilization to maintain high campaign ROI.
Collaborate with merchant teams in other categories to share best practices and identify new resources, tools, and program opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above.
3+ years experience in creator or e‑commerce campaign management and operations.
Strong work experience building and implementing scaled creator/influencer/user/business partner growth programs to achieve revenue goals.
Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross‑functional teams to develop plans and execute projects.
Comfortable navigating and driving results in a fast‑paced environment and open to change.
Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, and strong problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Mixed experience in influencer campaigns, agencies and affiliate commerce space.
Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e‑commerce platforms, and experience in content‑based e‑commerce and livestreaming.
Knowledge of category specific trends and products within creator commerce channels.
Pay Transparency Compensation for this position in the selected city is $88,920 – $144,400 annually. Base pay is one part of the Total Package and may be supplemented with discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, well‑being benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire, increasing with tenure).
