Chicago - Account Manager (Domestic)

Job Title Manage day-to-day domestic shipments across multiple modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal, etc.)
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication and service delivery
Coordinate with carrier sales and operations teams to secure capacity and execute shipments
Monitor loads from pickup through delivery and address issues in real time
Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth
Negotiate rates and support pricing/quoting activities
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure billing accuracy
Contribute to achieving revenue and service KPIs
You'll be part of a team dedicated to connecting customers with qualified carriers to meet their transportation needs across North America, backed by training, strong ethical standards, and round-the-clock service support.
