We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Training Director to join our team at Chick‑fil‑A Bastrop. This leader plays a critical role in protecting our brand of culinary excellence by building and leading a high‑level training program for both new and tenured Team Members. This role combines operational leadership with administrative ownership of training systems and is ideal for someone who is passionate about coaching others, developing strong teams, and driving excellence in the kitchen. The internal description emphasizes responsibility for orientation, trainer development, new‑hire training execution, food safety audits, and ongoing training tied to restaurant performance measures.
Your Impact
Conducting orientation for new hires Identifying, training, and empowering Culinary Trainers Executing the new hire training plan through Trainers and the Pathway system Rotating through open, mid, and close shifts to stay connected to training progress Partnering with AM/PM Directors to train the team on seasonal rollouts and new products Conducting regular food safety audits and restaurant quality audits Overseeing an ongoing training plan based on restaurant needs and performance metrics Helping the restaurant stay consistently staffed, trained, and operating at a high level Having a passionate and strong understanding of Chick‑fil‑A’s values and mission Having experience leading, training, and coaching others Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Maintaining a high standard for food safety, quality, and operational excellence Being able to work across a variety of shifts and stay connected to team development Open availability required Available to work full‑time hours with a mix of operational support and administrative time Benefits
