We are seeking an energetic, systems‑driven Kitchen Director to lead operations at Chick‑fil‑A Golf Mill (IL). This hands‑on leadership role offers a clear path for career growth within one of the nation's most respected restaurant chains.
Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence across the back‑of‑house (BOH) to maintain exceptional food quality.
Build and coach a high‑performance team of over 50 staff, ensuring accountability to our high standards.
Implement cost‑saving procedures, increase productivity, and manage lean inventory systems to boost profitability.
Maintain a safe work environment that promotes food and team safety.
Collaborate with other department leaders—attending weekly meetings to set cross‑functional goals.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience (required).
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a kitchen setting (required).
Open availability and readiness to work hands‑on in kitchen operations (required).
Reliable transportation required (required).
Previous Chick‑fil‑A experience is highly preferred.
Hospitality background and passion for Chick‑fil‑A values.
