We are seeking an energetic, systems‑driven Kitchen Director to lead operations at Chick‑fil‑A Golf Mill (IL). This hands‑on leadership role offers a clear path for career growth within one of the nation's most respected restaurant chains.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence across the back‑of‑house (BOH) to maintain exceptional food quality.
- Build and coach a high‑performance team of over 50 staff, ensuring accountability to our high standards.
- Implement cost‑saving procedures, increase productivity, and manage lean inventory systems to boost profitability.
- Maintain a safe work environment that promotes food and team safety.
- Collaborate with other department leaders—attending weekly meetings to set cross‑functional goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience (required).
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a kitchen setting (required).
- Open availability and readiness to work hands‑on in kitchen operations (required).
- Reliable transportation required (required).
- Previous Chick‑fil‑A experience is highly preferred.
- Hospitality background and passion for Chick‑fil‑A values.
