B2B Marketing Manager
Overview
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving demand generation, brand awareness, and pipeline growth. This role will work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to position our solutions effectively in the market and generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
Drive demand generation campaigns (digital, email, events, webinars, content marketing).
Partner with Sales to ensure alignment on pipeline goals and lead quality.
Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
Oversee content strategy, including case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI).
Manage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or professional services.
Proven track record in demand generation and lead management.
Strong experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social, paid media).
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, IT, or consulting environments.
Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Experience managing budgets and external agencies.
Familiarity with sales funnel optimization and conversion strategies.
