We’re looking for an Onsite - Assoc. Director, Demand Generation for our client. If you have experience in B2B demand generation / growth marketing, knowledge of ABM, lead nurturing, multi-channel marketing and Salesforce, then this is a great opportunity to develop your career with a company known for excellence.
What You'll Do
Lead demand generation & growth marketing strategies
Drive pipeline, MQLs, and revenue growth
Own full lead lifecycle (lead → closed deal)
Manage and mentor the marketing team
Use data & CRM tools to track performance and ROI
Oversee marketing tech, budget, and campaign execution
Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams
What You Bring
Experience in B2B demand generation / growth marketing
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of ABM, lead nurturing, multi-channel marketing
Data-driven mindset with ROI tracking experience
Experience with CRM & marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Strong communication and cross-team collaboration
Budget management and strategic planning skills
