Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Madison, WI, with the flexibility for partial remote work. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, presenting tailored marketing solutions, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will provide outstanding customer service, deliver presentations, and support training initiatives to drive team success.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and address their needs effectively
Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Experience in coaching or Training team members to enhance their performance
Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Knowledge of or experience in digital and print advertising campaigns is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for client visits
