We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to support our team in executing commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring a creative vision and technical expertise to contribute to the successful completion of various architectural endeavors.
Job Title Architectural Designer
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to design and develop architectural plans for commercial projects.
Utilize Revit to create and modify detailed construction documents.
Ensure designs meet industry standards and project specifications.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to address design challenges and propose effective solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into project designs.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit with 5+ years of experience.
Strong ability to produce construction documents.
Experience working on commercial projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment The role involves working in a collaborative team environment, utilizing cutting-edge design technology. The position may require occasional site visits to ensure project alignment and quality assurance.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
