Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Barker Munro Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected insurance broker as they look to appoint an experienced Senior Account Handler to join their established and friendly commercial team.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of a designated portfolio of commercial clients, acting as their trusted first point of contact and delivering a consistently high level of service.
Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums typically ranging from £20,000 to £200,000.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle mid-term adjustments, renewals, and general policy queries.
Liaise confidently with clients via phone and email.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Demonstrate the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and stay proactive to be successful in the role.
Qualifications
Solid commercial insurance experience gained within broking.
Confidence in managing client relationships and handling a varied workload.
A positive, collaborative approach and the resilience to adapt to change.
A commitment to professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
