Overview
The Parts Counterperson assists customers and technicians in locating and purchasing parts needed for repairs or maintenance. This role requires strong product knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Assist retail and internal customers with parts inquiries and sales
Look up and order parts using manufacturer and dealership systems
Maintain accurate pricing and inventory information
Process transactions and issue invoices
Keep parts displays organized and stocked
Communicate effectively with the service and collision departments
