is looking to hire a
full-time Customer Service Representative . The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and a team player. This established flooring distribution company offers competitive benefits, including 100% employer‑paid medical coverage for employees, a great schedule (Monday–Friday 7:30a‑4p), and an annual bonus. Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming telephone calls
Respond to customer inquiries
Enter customer orders into the system
Help pull products from warehouse shelves as needed
Help load products for customers as needed
Requirements
Experience working in customer service
Prefer experience in a warehouse environment
Experience pulling product and loading trucks preferred, but not required
Must be a high school graduate
College degree preferred, but not required
Certifications preferred, but not required
Comfortable working with and driving a forklift (training provided)
Strong communication skills and good phone etiquette
Savvy technical/computer skills a plus
Salary:
$21.50 – $24.00 per hour
