SUPERVISORY EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST in the Department of the Navy of US FLEET CYBER COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
providing strategic direction and oversight for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program planning, analysis, and evaluation; developing and interpreting command policies to ensure full compliance with Federal, Department of War (DoW), and Department of Navy (DON) laws and regulations; managing the EEO complaint process by analyzing facts and legal precedent to develop decision recommendations, facilitate timely adjudication, and promote alternative dispute resolution; and providing oversight for reasonable accommodation programs and the affirmative employment programs.
