Responsibilities

Manage the strategic development and optimization of community webpages on Lennar.com using Optimizely to ensure a seamless, high-impact digital buyer journey.

Lead the structure and maintenance strategy for JDE community set‑up and ongoing updates to align marketing priorities and sales goals.

Drive and oversee the creation, quality assurance, and performance monitoring of key landing pages (e.g., Community Ads, “Coming Soon” pages), proactively identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion.

Develop end‑to‑end community marketing assets, including floorplans, renderings, and site plans, ensuring alignment with brand standards and go‑to‑market timelines.

Strategically manage Modsys creation in partnership with Field Marketing to maintain consistent, branded experiences across touchpoints.

Oversee the BoxBrownie virtual staging strategy and enhancement pipeline to deliver high‑quality visual content for online channels.

Maintain and optimize a centralized repository of photo, video, and virtual tour content, identifying gaps and trends to inform future asset needs.

Lead the strategy and execution for Zillow location verification and optimization to support SEO, visibility, and buyer accuracy.

Conduct quarterly audits and enhancements across third‑party listing sites (e.g., RDC), correcting discrepancies and improving user experience.

Ensure accurate, brand‑aligned representation of communities across all third‑party platforms through content governance and partner coordination.

Own the digital content lifecycle for community launches, from “Coming Soon” through active status, aligning with business goals and promotional calendars.

Develop and execute promotional messaging strategies across platforms and landing pages to drive awareness and lead generation.

Monitor internal digital performance metrics, including Star Ratings and Lennar.com audit scores, translating insights into actionable content improvements.

Drive QMI inventory accuracy, performing audits and updates in collaboration with Sales and Ops teams.

Proactively identify and implement digital content enhancements based on analytics, user feedback, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science, Arts, or equivalent degree (High school diploma or GED also acceptable).

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Marketing/Data Coordinator or related role.

Strong computer skills and competency with Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; ability to meet multiple deadlines across various priorities.

Knowledge of Optimizely is a plus.

Benefits
Competitive salary range: $49,000–$61,300 annually, subject to adjustment based on qualifications and geographic factors.
