OPPORTUNITY: LEASING CONSULTANT - LAS VEGAS, NV
DAYS/HOURS REQUIRED: TUESDAY - SATURDAY, 9AM - 6PM
Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional for our beautiful 232-unit community, Alicante! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the property management industry!
Responsibilities
Interview prospective residents and record their information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Input information into the computer.
Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss size and layout of rooms, available facilities such as the swimming pool, location of shopping centers and freeways, services available, and terms of the lease.
Qualify prospective residents, verifying applications, lease documents and related paperwork. Update records as necessary.
Complete lease form or agreement and collect rental deposit and application fee.
Introduce residents to apartment/property procedures.
Promote positive, proactive resident relations, working to make the living experience – the first and last impression – of the highest quality.
Qualifications
2 years of demonstrated sales and customer service experience a must.
Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Must be an effective listener and communicator with the ability to work well on a team.
Ability to work weekends a must.
Compensation & Benefits Salary range is $19.50‑$20.50 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full‑time employees who work between 30‑40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
