Estimator
who understands what it takes to price complex, custom projects—and win them. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly influences project success, profitability, and long-term client relationships. What You’ll Be Doing
As the Estimator, you’ll take ownership of the bid process from initial review through handoff—bringing clarity, accuracy, and strategy to every opportunity. Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and scope documents to develop
detailed, competitive estimates Quantify materials, labor, and production costs across custom millwork projects of varying complexity Collaborate closely with
Project Managers, Engineering, and Production
to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and feasibility Solicit and evaluate pricing from vendors and subcontractors to build complete, accurate proposals Identify
risk, gaps, and value-engineering opportunities
to strengthen bids and protect margins Participate in internal bid reviews and strategy discussions to improve win rates Ensure smooth
project handoff
by clearly communicating scope, assumptions, and key details to operations teams What You Bring
5+ years of estimating experience within
architectural millwork, casework, or custom cabinetry manufacturing Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications Deep understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and installation sequencing Experience pricing projects involving
wood, laminate, veneers, and integrated materials (metal, glass, solid surface) Proficiency with estimating tools and software A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously Strong communication skills—you can confidently explain numbers to both internal teams and clients Why This Opportunity Stands Out
