Responsibilities

Responsible for business development of biological research technical services within the designated region. Develop and maintain client relationships in the region, achieve annual sales targets, and accomplish assigned tasks. Provide project solutions based on client needs, facilitate project collaborations, and track project progress/payment collection. Collect market competition dynamics and intelligence; assist the marketing department in promotional activities. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors or the department. Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States, with existing client resources in the healthcare or bioscience sectors. Ph.D. in Biology, Medicine, Agriculture, Forestry, or related disciplines; a strong background in molecular biology is preferred. Previous sales experience in high-throughput sequencing (NGS) research services is a plus; exceptional recent Ph.D. graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Highly self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently, and driven by a pioneering / business development mindset. Native or professional-level proficiency in English.
