We are searching for the best talent for Neuroscience Sales Specialist. This position includes West Tulsa and spans west to Ponca City, OK and Enid, OK.
About Neuroscience Our team tackles brain health challenges including multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, myasthenia gravis, epilepsy, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and autism. We aim to develop treatments and pioneer the path from lab to life while championing patients.
Job Responsibilities
Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within the assigned territory by calling on HCP offices and mental health community centers, in person and virtually, following compliance guidelines.
Use assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives and customize discussions based on customer needs.
Maintain understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers; share this information with relevant internal stakeholders.
Provide input into resource allocation decisions across customers/region and identify appropriate programs/resources.
Work with Regional Business Manager and stakeholders to develop a local business plan that ensures all business objectives are met.
Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists on shared objectives and best practices.
Provide accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample and expense reporting.
Inform and build a business plan based on customer business needs, resources and products.
Complete all company and job-related training within required timelines.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare sales/account management, B2B sales, or active‑duty military transition.
3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar sales experience highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Strong desire to improve lives of patients and caregivers; patient‑centric mindset.
High integrity and compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Self‑motivated, initiative, entrepreneurial, excellent judgment, teamwork and cross‑functional skills.
Track record of learning and adapting in evolving environments such as Covid‑19.
Agility and adaptability to telemedicine/virtual environments.
Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress, diagnose performance issues, and identify new opportunities.
Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information.
Work hours may include meetings outside normal hours; some overnight travel may be required; domestic travel to corporate HQ and training will be required periodically.
Must be able to perform essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
