Job Description
We are searching for the best talent for a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to cover the New Brunswick territory.

About Neuroscience
Our Neuroscience team tackles the world’s toughest brain health challenges including multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, myasthenia gravis, epilepsy, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and autism. This patient-focused team helps address some of the most complex diseases of our time.

The Neuroscience Sales Specialist Will

Drive demand generation of Invega portfolio and Caplyta through clinical selling and product differentiation with approved clinical studies and marketing aids to support the case for adoption. Achieve all sales performance goals and objectives for geographical assignment.

Understand and sell in different settings of care and identify key business opportunities within these settings. Develop and implement customer specific pre- and post-call selling approaches that evaluate and address practitioners’ perspectives and institution philosophies within compliance guidelines.

Develop a territory coverage plan that maximizes selling time with all healthcare professionals. Institute strategies utilizing business analytics to increase access to all key stakeholders. Develop effective business plans to meet and exceed territory-level sales goals. Adjust the plan to minimize the impact of competition and maximize sales opportunities.

Demonstrate a collaborative sales approach and coordinate efforts between sales leadership, other Neuro sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training.

Meet sales and operational requirements including call plan attainment, resource execution and utilization, compliance and sales training requirements.

Consistently adhere to all company compliance guidelines and policies.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree

A valid driver’s license issued in one of the fifty United States

At least two years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales/account management, B2B sales, or recent transition from Active-Duty Military

Problem-solving ability

Ability to travel, which may include overnight/weekend travel, up to 30% of the time

Must live in the geography and/or be willing to relocate to the geography

Preferred Qualifications

A proven track record of success and ability to influence key stakeholders in a dynamic, complex, and competitive selling environment.

Specialty sales experience in and understanding of a related therapeutic area.

Compensation
Anticipated base pay range: $79,000 - $178,250.

Benefits
Eligible for a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program, company car through the FLEET program, and participation in company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accident and legal insurance. Eligible for the company’s consolidated retirement plan (401(k)), vacation up to 120 hours per year, sick time up to 40 hours per year (56 for Washington residents), holiday pay up to 13 days per year, and time off for personal and family needs.
