Lead Superintendent
to join their team in Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA. This onsite role will lead field operations for a mid-rise multifamily development, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a high-visibility project while working with a collaborative and experienced team. What You'll Do
Oversee daily field operations for a 5-over-1 multifamily construction project Manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and meets quality expectations Drive the project schedule, proactively identifying and resolving delays Coordinate trades, inspections, and deliveries to maintain efficient workflow Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and codes Enforce safety standards and lead regular safety meetings onsite Serve as the primary onsite leader and key point of contact for project stakeholders Mentor and support junior field staff, including Assistant Superintendents Must-Haves
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction Proven experience leading 5-over-1, podium, or mid-rise multifamily projects Strong ability to manage subcontractors and drive project schedules Deep understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and field operations Experience with construction management software such as Procore Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Nice-to-Haves
Experience working on affordable housing projects Familiarity with Southern California building codes and permitting processes Track record of successfully delivering multi-phase developments OSHA certifications or additional safety training Our Client Offers
