The Jr. Brand Manager works directly with the Sr. Brand Manager in support of the marketing and communication strategies for the assigned brands. The role coordinates marketing initiatives, event logistics, tracks campaign budgets, and executes collateral for internal and external messaging. It also manages projects within the company’s project management system, communicating scope, requirements, deliverables, and timelines to cross‑functional teams and collecting the necessary information and assets for the marketing creative teams.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate between business project stakeholders and the marketing team to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed correctly and on time.

Ensure brand consistency, including visual identity and messaging.

Coordinate projects in the project management platform, holding all subject matter experts, reviewers, and stakeholders to the agreed‑upon timelines.

Collect assets for collateral, animations, social media posts, and webpages.

Manage logistics for events and tradeshows; attend and oversee execution of events as needed.

Support sales by coordinating promo items and customer gifts.

Coordinate activities and digital assets for virtual and in‑person events, including building webinar and email campaign structures.

Audit competitor content to stay abreast of industry trends.

Understand target markets and customers and their needs and drivers.

Ensure proper storage of all marketing collateral in the digital asset management system.

Collate analytics from various platforms to generate data for monthly or quarterly reports.

Support social media channels for the brand and create a content calendar for assigned platforms.

Implement a content review cycle and process where all content is revisited at set intervals.

Build and maintain product pages on nov.com.

Work with finance and vendors to submit and process invoices.

Track expenditures for assigned projects for budget management purposes.

Comply with all NOV company policies.

Qualifications

1+ year(s) marketing or communications experience.

Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.

High School/GED or higher.

Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.

Fine attention to detail and strong organization skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain focus on meeting deadlines and delivering quality.

Proactive, problem‑solving mindset.

Outstanding collaboration skills; asks good questions to get to the root cause or analyze the need.

Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Travel may be required.
