Drive Offline Brand Growth & Opportunities Across Europe Identify and develop offline brand activation opportunities across Europe, exploring diverse formats and continuously evaluating new channels to expand brand presence and visibility in offline environments. Lead High-Impact Brand Activations Own the planning and execution of key offline brand initiatives, including roadshows, pop-ups, launch events, exhibitions, and large-scale sponsorships. Ensure all activations deliver strong brand exposure, consumer engagement, and measurable business impact. Maximize the effectiveness and results of each activation in alignment with overall brand objectives. Collaborate Across Teams & Regions Act as a key connector between global strategy and local execution. Partner closely with PR, digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, sales, and other teams in Shenzhen and across Europe. Align internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns. Build & Manage Local Partnerships Identify and manage event agencies, production partners, and vendors across Europe. Develop a strong network of reliable local partners to support scalable event execution. Oversee production quality to ensure all outputs meet brand and creative standards. Measure Impact & Optimize Performance Track and evaluate event performance, including audience engagement, brand exposure, and campaign impact. Generate insights and recommendations to continuously improve future activations. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in event marketing, brand activation, or experiential marketing. Proven experience delivering consumer-facing events such as trade shows, product launches, sponsorship events, or retail activations. Background in consumer electronics, tech, or lifestyle brands is a plus. Fluent in English (working language). An additional European language (German, French, Spanish, etc.) is a plus. Hands‑on, proactive, and results‑driven, with strong project ownership and execution capability. Willing to travel across Europe as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
