Base salary range:
Minimum: $99,834.48
Maximum: $159,735.17

Position Summary
The IT Network and Communications Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of network infrastructure and telecommunications systems. This role ensures high performance, reliability, security, and scalability to support the needs of patients, physicians, and staff.
The manager will lead a team of network engineers and telecommunications professionals, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with operational, financial, and regulatory standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining and advancing network architecture, data center operations, and communication systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of network and telecommunications systems, ensuring reliability, integrity, and security.
Manage and mentor a team of Network Engineers and Communication Technicians; oversee vendor relationships and project execution.
Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to infrastructure upgrades, construction, and organizational growth.
Interpret technical documentation including service orders, blueprints, diagrams, and system drawings.
Develop and enforce processes and procedures to maintain security and compliance across all network systems.
Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning for network and communications infrastructure.
Manage departmental budgets, including forecasting, procurement, and monitoring of operating and capital expenditures.
Ensure accountability for financial performance and adherence to budget plans.
Direct contract management activities with vendors and service providers.
Identify and implement strategies to reduce costs while improving service quality.
Oversee the design, support, and maintenance of data centers and communication closets.
Enhance and optimize monitoring, reporting, and security tools and systems.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience in network and communications
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Preferred:
Prior experience managing technical teams and large-scale infrastructure projects
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated environments is a plus
