Business Development Representative – Cloud & Data Center Solutions We're looking for an ambitious, high-energy sales professional to join our growing Cloud and Data Center team. This is a perfect role for someone early in their career or at a mid-level stage who is eager to prove themselves in the tech industry. If you're a proactive "hunter" who loves the challenge of opening new doors and winning deals, we'd love to hear from you. Qualifications Experience: 1–4 years of sales experience (B2B preferred). We value grit and talent over years on a resume. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to hold professional conversations with decision-makers. Coachability : A desire to learn, grow, and take feedback to become a top-tier sales professional. Your Role Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to new business prospects through cold calling, social selling, and networking. Consultative Selling: Learn to navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, focusing on Cloud migrations, Hybrid IT, and Data Center services. Market Expansion: Build a territory from the ground up, consistently meeting monthly and quarterly activity and revenue targets. Solutions Expert: Quickly gain a deep understanding of our technology stack to effectively communicate value to IT managers and Directors. Who You Are Driven & Resilient : You have a "can-do" attitude and aren't discouraged by a "no." You view every rejection as a step closer to a "yes." Tech-Curious: You have a genuine interest in Public Cloud (AWS/Azure), Private Cloud Cybersecurity, and Colocation and can learn new tech quickly. Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by hitting targets, winning competitions, and an uncapped commission structure. A Self-Starter: You don’t wait for instructions; you look for opportunities to add value and move the needle.
