Responsibilities of the Director of FP&A:

• Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s business model, operations, and financial drivers
• Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities
• Provide insight and analysis to support strategic planning and leadership decision‑making
• Build, refine, and communicate financial models, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Partner closely with the CFO and senior leaders as a trusted financial advisor
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 FP&A professionals
• Support implementation and optimization of a new budgeting and forecasting platform
• Leverage data visualization and BI tools to enhance reporting and insights
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks

Qualifications of the Director of FP&A:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance
• Prior FP&A leadership experience within financial services or similarly aligned industry strongly preferred
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

Salary: $160,000 to $180,000
