Job Description
The Hospitality Services Representative is responsible for hotel check-ins, check-outs, answering telephones, making reservations, and checking coats and luggage in.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Maintains constant awareness of hotel occupancy to sell rooms. Provides and monitors requested room types. Able to pre-block rooms and monitor special requests. Answers phones in a courteous, informative, and timely manner. Assist guests with coat check and luggage handling. Assist hotel housekeeping as needed. Demonstrates and follow cash handling procedures. Plans, organizes and completes work timely Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors. Qualifications
Sound technical and operational understanding of customer service and hotel operations. Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification. Complete all required company training. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to move effectively and efficiently throughout the hotel areas. Ability to stand for a prolonged period. Ability to read and write. Ability to use computers, telephones and radios. Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
