The Role
We are looking for a Trade Designer to translate our brand proposition and visual identity into high‑impact retail execution across physical and digital environments.
This role requires someone who can think in 3D, design for real‑world environments, and bring brand strategy to life in a way that drives conversion — from shelf to fixture to .com.
Key Responsibilities
Brand to Retail Translation (Core Capability):
Translate brand strategy and guidelines into standout retailer‑specific executions
Balance brand consistency with commercial effectiveness (navigation, clarity, conversion)
Adapt creative across retail environments while maintaining a cohesive brand identity
Design in‑store creative across gondola, endcap, and off‑shelf displays
Own bullnose artwork and shelf‑edge communication
Develop planograms, merchandising guidelines, and retail toolkits
3D & Fixture Design (Core Requirement):
Develop 3D concepts and renderings for fixtures and displays
Lead design of fixture graphics
Create artwork for tester units, backwalls, headers, and side panels
Partner with vendors for feasibility and production
.com & Digital Retail:
Design retailer.com assets including PDP imagery and banners
Ensure consistency across physical and digital touchpoints
Execution & Production:
Deliver print‑ready and digital‑ready assets
Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
What Success Looks Like
Visually disruptive, premium retail environments
Strong 3D execution in fixtures and displays
Seamless brand experience across store and .com
Measurable sales uplift from creative execution
About You
3–6+ years experience in trade, retail, or shopper design
Proven ability to translate brand into retail execution
Strong 3D design capability (non‑negotiable)
Experience with tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, or Blender
Strong portfolio across retail and digital design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field preferred
Bonus
Experience with Target, Walmart, or major mass retailers
Beauty category experience
