We’re partnering on a Confidential search for a Director of Demand Planning & Commercial Integration within a high-growth, food business.

This is not a traditional demand planning role!

This role sits at the center of the business—connecting Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to build a single, aligned demand plan that reflects real market dynamics.

It’s a build-and-elevate mandate in a high-SKU, promotion-driven environment , where the ability to challenge assumptions and drive alignment is critical.

What you’ll own:

  • End-to-end demand planning across multiple channels.
  • Tight integration with Sales on customer-level forecasts, promotions, and trade activity.
  • Leadership of the S&OP / IBP demand review process.
  • Driving improvements in forecast accuracy, bias, and decision-making.
  • Building structure, tools, and processes in an evolving organization.
