Job Title: Enterprise Commercial Lead (Sales Director), Aviation (Americas) – Individual Contributor

Location: USA or Canada (remote) – Travel for customer meetings and key industry events

Job Type: Permanent

Compensation:

  • Base up to $130,000 (OTE aligned to enterprise outcomes, with accelerators)
  • 50/50 split (base + variable)

Reports to: Regional Commercial Director West

TARCG is currently seeking an experienced Sales Director based in North America to work our aviation SaaS client on a permanent and remote basis. The successful candidate will own the commercial expansion in North America, selling into Tier-1 and Tier-2 airlines with $400k+ ACV and multi-year commitments. This is a true enterprise build-and-win role where you will be responsible for creating a pipeline, leading complex buying cycles, and closing deals. The go-to-market approach is high-trust and outcome-driven, focusing on structured deal execution rather than a “spray and pray” method. The company has strong momentum, having exceeded its revenue and growth targets for three consecutive years. You’ll also have the autonomy to manage named accounts, supported by robust internal teams across customer success, marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new Tier-1/2 airline customers across North America
  • Own and close complex enterprise deals end-to-end
  • Build and execute a pipeline through ABM, outbound, partners, and events
  • Drive expansion and cross-sell within existing accounts
  • Lead multi-stakeholder deals, navigating RFPs, procurement, and security

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience (US/Canada)
  • Proven track record closing $400k+ ACV complex deals
  • Strong executive presence with C-level and senior stakeholders
  • Deep experience in procurement-heavy, enterprise sales cycles
  • Pipeline generation + value-based, consultative selling expertise
