We are seeking four elite Project Directors to spearhead the delivery of next-generation data centre builds. These are high-stakes, high-reward roles for leaders who command authority on-site and possess the technical rigour to navigate the complexities of hyperscale infrastructure.

The Role

As a Project Director, you aren't just managing a timeline; you are the heartbeat of the site. You will oversee the full life-cycle of massive data centre developments, ensuring that billion-euro investments are converted into operational excellence.

• Command & Control: Full responsibility for on-site delivery, safety, and quality.

• Technical Stewardship: Leveraging your deep M&E expertise to troubleshoot and optimise complex cooling and power systems.

• Stakeholder Mastery: Acting as the primary bridge between hyperscale clients, subcontractors, and internal executives.

• Commercial Oversight: Driving P&L performance and ensuring rigorous adherence to multi-million euro budgets.

Your Profile

We are looking for seasoned professionals who don't just "talk" data centres but have the scars and successes to prove it.

• The Foundation: A robust background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering . You understand the intricacies of Chilled Water systems, HV/MV power distribution, and UPS redundancies.

• The Experience: Experience in delivering Data Centre projects from breaking ground to commissioning (IST).

• The Mindset: A "boots-on-the-ground" leader. This is a full-time, on-site position ; you are most effective where the work is happening.

• The Skillset: Mastery of contract management, international construction standards, and leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
