We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales to lead all revenue-generating efforts at Hotel Maren—an upscale, oceanfront lifestyle hotel in the heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile asset, drive top-line performance, and lead a passionate sales team in one of South Florida’s most competitive and rewarding markets.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Total Revenue Strategy : Lead group, transient, and catering sales initiatives to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and market share.
- Own the Sales Culture : Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on accountability and results.
- Strategic Market Positioning : Identify and penetrate key demand segments including corporate, leisure, and group.
- Partnership with Revenue Management : Align pricing, inventory, and demand strategies to optimize performance.
- Client Relationship Development : Build and maintain strong relationships with top accounts, agencies, and local partners.
- Forecasting & Reporting : Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance insights to ownership and brand leadership.
- Brand Alignment : Ensure all sales initiatives reflect Hilton standards while elevating the Hotel Maren lifestyle identity.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience (luxury or lifestyle preferred)
- Proven success driving group and transient revenue in a competitive market
- Strong understanding of the Hilton Worldwide systems, tools, and brand standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong financial acumen
- Local market knowledge of Fort Lauderdale and South Florida preferred
