Overview
We are seeking a senior Portfolio Lead to own and drive POS and retail technology programs. This role leads a team of Project Managers, oversees portfolio governance, and partners closely with IT and business leaders to deliver strategic outcomes across retail store systems.
Must Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of POS and payment systems, including transaction flows and compliance
- Understanding of large‑scale retail technology ecosystems and integrations
Nice to Haves
- Experience with fuel systems or forecourt technologies
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
What You Will Do
- Own portfolio governance, roadmap alignment, and delivery execution
- Lead and develop a team of Project Managers
- Act as the escalation point for risks, issues, and dependencies
- Partner with IT and business leaders on prioritization and resource planning
- Ensure initiatives align with strategy, KPIs, and business value
- Drive executive‑level reporting on portfolio health, budgets, and risks
- Continuously improve governance, processes, and delivery standards

Compensation
$110-140k per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
