What You Will Do

  • Drive an up‑market shift into large accounts, orchestrating cross‑brand, cross‑disciplinary workflows across architects, engineers and construction stakeholders.
  • Lead the go‑to‑market for Nemetschek’s new Open Collaboration Platform, shaping positioning, value propositions and commercial plays for design‑led enterprise customers.
  • Build, coach and lead a sales GTM team of people globally, establishing best‑in‑class enterprise and consultative sales practices.
  • Personally act as a senior, consultative thought partner to C‑level and C-1 customer stakeholders, articulating how AI‑enabled workflows and an open, platform‑based approach can transform their businesses.
  • Partner closely with Product, R&D and brand CEOs to bring customer feedback into roadmap and to align account strategy across the Nemetschek portfolio.
  • Represent Nemetschek’s Design Division externally at key customers, industry events and thought‑leadership forums on collaboration, AI and digital transformation in AEC.

What You Bring

  • Extensive consultative, enterprise sales and go‑to‑market leadership experience, especially if possible in the AEC / design / construction technology ecosystem (e.g. collaboration platforms, BIM, design authoring, construction management), ideally at VP‑level or equivalent.
  • Proven track record selling complex, multi‑product solutions into large accounts with multiple stakeholders, using a highly consultative, value‑based approach rather than transactional sales.
  • Deep understanding of how architects, engineers, contractors and owners collaborate today, and how open, platform‑driven and AI‑enabled workflows can unlock business value.
  • Experience building and scaling high‑performing enterprise GTM teams across sales, customer success and pre‑sales, preferably in a multi‑brand or matrix environment.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution: comfortable setting a vision, defining territories and plays, and personally closing high‑value deals in parallel.
  • Ideally a good awareness of AI concepts and their application to workflows; you do not need to be a researcher, but you are comfortable framing AI value stories with customers.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset – you are excited by ambiguity, building something new, and working at the intersection of product, GTM and strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Location: based anywhere in Europe with regular travel to key customers and Nemetschek locations.
