We are supporting a leading healthcare organization in New York City to help them find a Senior Director of ERP (Oracle Cloud HCM) for a high-impact contract opportunity with potential to convert to full-time. This is a key leadership role supporting a 45,000+ employee, highly complex, unionized workforce - ideal for someone who thrives in large-scale healthcare environments and wants to drive real transformation.

Duration: 6-month contract (with conversion potential)
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and operations for Oracle Cloud HCM (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Scheduling)
- Oversee implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of HCM modules
- Manage and mentor functional teams while driving accountability and delivery
- Partner across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to align system capabilities with business needs
- Own testing strategy, including quarterly releases and automated testing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards
- Drive continuous improvement, post-go-live stabilization, and system enhancements
Requirements
- Strong leadership experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, especially Payroll & Timekeeping
- Proven success leading large-scale ERP initiatives in healthcare environments
- Experience supporting unionized workforces (highly preferred)
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Experience with integrations, reporting, security, and functional design (fast formulas, configs, etc.)
