HR Director

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive healthcare company in Marietta in their search for a Director of Human Resources . This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity which requires in-office work. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic oversight for company's HR functions
• Collaborate with leadership to define staffing and retention objectives
• Lead the implementation of HR policies and processes
• Monitorlegal compliance of HR initiatives
• Oversee compensation, performance, and benefit
• Analyze trends in the organization to enhance HR strategies
• Recommend and implement HR process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration REQUIRED
• Healthcare experience isREQUIRED
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred
• Must be proficient in HRIS systems
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must maintain confidentiality
• Must be approachable by all levels of employees
• Must be motivated to identify areas of improvement and find solutions
• Must have a stable work history
