Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to design and implement enterprise-scale data solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.
This role involves architecting Customer 360 platforms, integrating AI/ML capabilities, and ensuring robust data governance and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, data architecture, and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, including data models, harmonization, calculated insights, and identity resolution.
- Develop advanced segmentation strategies using Data Cloud Query Language (DQL).
- Architect and integrate AI/ML solutions with Data Cloud, including Einstein Studio and RAG-based retrievers.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to define Salesforce data modeling strategies.
- Implement integration solutions between Salesforce Data Cloud and other enterprise systems.
- Establish and enforce data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Lead Customer 360 implementations for unified customer views and personalized engagement.
- Support advanced analytics and predictive modeling initiatives within Salesforce.
- Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams and manage stakeholder communication.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in Salesforce and enterprise data platforms.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, objects, and data lake concepts.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, MDM, and data warehousing.
- Hands-on experience designing large-scale CDP and unified data platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Proficiency in API-based integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Agentforce solutions and AI/ML integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose multiple solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients and coordinating across time zones.
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem tools (MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Tableau).
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning for development oversight.
Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (must-have).
- Salesforce Application/System Architect (must have one of the two).
