This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact Director role at a fast-growing cloud-focused IT services organization supporting clients across the U.S. and internationally.

This company partners deeply with Microsoft & Google Cloud and is expanding rapidly — now seeking an IT Director of Managed Services to own end-to-end service delivery and lead global teams across help desk, infrastructure, security, and cloud support.

What You’ll Own

• Leadership of global IT service teams (Help Desk L1, L2/L3 Infrastructure, Security, Cloud/CSP)
• Optimization of service delivery, SLAs, and performance metrics
• Driving onboarding, patching, upgrades, escalation workflows & reporting
• Creating structure: 30/60/90 plans, leveling systems, career paths & performance frameworks
• Partnering with executives on service strategy & operational maturity
• Refining pricing models, licensing operations & client success frameworks

What You Bring

• 5+ yrs managing managers & global
  earshore teams (LATAM / EU preferred)
• Strong cloud, infrastructure & cybersecurity leadership background
• Ability to architect performance systems, workflows & service models
• Hands-on enough to jump in on escalation or client engineering when needed
• Exceptional communication, organization & operational rigor
