Business Development Executive (IT Support & Helpdesk)

We’re expanding our IT Support and Helpdesk services in the U.S. and are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to help us build new client relationships in Houston. This is a commission-only position designed for ambitious professionals who can identify opportunities, communicate value, and close deals confidently.

Our offshore delivery model allows us to provide full-scale managed IT, helpdesk, and cybersecurity solutions to businesses at a highly competitive cost. You’ll introduce these services to local clients and earn substantial commissions on every deal closed.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and connect with small-to-mid-size businesses (SMBs) and enterprises needing outsourced IT or helpdesk support.
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and in-person networking across Houston.
  • Present service offerings such as managed IT support, 24/7 helpdesk coverage, Microsoft 365 management, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Work closely with the executive team to prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain clear communication on lead status, client requirements, and closed deals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT services, managed services, or technology consulting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-relationship skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, set goals, and manage your own pipeline.
  • Understanding of basic IT concepts (Microsoft 365, network support, helpdesk functions) is a plus.
  • Commission-only structure earn up to 50% of net profit per client closed.
  • Additional incentives for recurring or enterprise contracts.
