Independent Sales Rep (Resort/Destination) – Branded Merch That Actually Moves

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Custom Apparel / Logowear / Branded Merchandise

Brist is where premium design meets scale. From private-label apparel, custom headwear to branded merchandise that drives real ROI, we help some of the world’s most exciting brands tell their story—on t-shirts, hoodies, socks, hats, flannels, patches, packaging, and beyond.

We’re looking for independent sales reps to expand our reach within the resort, lifestyle, beverage and specialty retail space. This is a 1099, multi-line friendly opportunity that works well alongside other premium or resort-focused lines. If you’ve got an eye for good product, deep customer relationships, and a knack for closing deals, this is your shot.

TERRITORY: Midwest – but we’re open to great people wherever they’re building relationships.

SCHEDULE & PAY: Fully flexible. You own your calendar. Generous commissions. High repeat business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Open and grow accounts in the resort, destination, brand, beverage, corporate, boutique, and specialty retail space
• Sell premium private-label programs, custom headwear, logowear, resort wear, and curated merchandise solutions
• Build real relationships—not just transactions
• Leverage Brist’s in-house design team and domestic/overseas production to deliver end-to-end value
• Act as a creative consultant to your clients—helping them stand out, not just stock shelves
• Collaborate with Brist’s sales, design, and ops teams to ensure a white-glove experience
• Seamlessly fold Brist into your existing rep portfolio—our custom and capsule programs pair perfectly with other lifestyle lines

YOU ARE

• An experienced sales rep who knows how to get in the door and build trust fast
• Already calling on resorts, boutiques, outdoor retailers, or lifestyle accounts
• Creative, strategic, and customer-obsessed
• Independent and hungry—this is a commission-based role
• Great at managing follow-ups, presenting product, and helping customers buy what moves
• Tech-comfortable and organized (we’ll help make your backend smooth)
