We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to lead and oversee residential construction projects in Boston. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Description

Manage day-to-day operations on residential construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are adhered to.

Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets required standards.

Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.

Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement work schedules.

Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and logs.

Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.

Profile A successful Superintendent - Residential Construction should have:

A strong understanding of residential construction processes and techniques.

Proven experience managing construction projects in the business services industry.

Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to lead and manage a team effectively on‑site.

Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
