As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Hoover, AL.
Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales interactions, teller engagements, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by delivering a differentiated experience, educating customers on options, and leveraging technology.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and ensuring efficient daily operations.

Work Experience : Typically requires 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge. An associate’s degree or equivalent education is preferred, but a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.
Education : No Degree required.
Certifications : None required.
Licenses : Candidates may be subject to additional background checks required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
