Clearstory is looking for a Head of Partnerships to build and activate a high‑impact construction technology ecosystem that drives real revenue, not just integrations. This strategic builder role is at the center of Clearstory’s growth. You will transform integrations from passive product features into active growth engines—owning how we partner, co‑sell, and show up across the construction tech landscape. Your work will directly influence pipeline, product adoption, and Clearstory’s position as the financial workflow layer connecting the modern construction stack.
If you’re excited about creating structure where none exists, building executive relationships, and turning ecosystem strategy into measurable revenue, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Define and own Clearstory’s ecosystem and partnerships strategy
Identify, evaluate, and secure high‑impact integration and strategic partners
Build and manage executive‑level relationships across the construction technology landscape
Design and operationalize co‑selling motions in partnership with Sales leadership
Partner with Product to align integration roadmap with ecosystem priorities
Partner with Marketing to develop and scale joint go‑to‑market initiatives (webinars, events, content, marketplace presence)
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for partner‑influenced and partner‑sourced revenue
Drive partner activation strategies that increase customer adoption, retention, and expansion
Represent Clearstory at industry events, partner forums, and ecosystem conversations
Lay the foundation for and eventually build a scaled partnerships organization
You Will
Turn Clearstory’s integrations into a meaningful revenue channel
Establish Clearstory as a default, strategic component of the construction tech stack
Build co‑selling engines that directly influence pipeline and close deals
Shape how Product, Sales, and Marketing align around ecosystem priorities
Create durable competitive advantage through strategic partnerships
Success in this role means Clearstory is no longer just “integrated with” other platforms—we are actively growing with them.
Requirements
Proven experience building or scaling partnerships functions in B2B SaaS environments
Track record of owning or significantly influencing partner‑driven revenue
Experience establishing and operationalizing co‑sell motions with sales teams
Demonstrated success negotiating and activating strategic integration partnerships
Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships at senior levels
Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing
Familiarity with ecosystem‑driven growth models, especially in complex or traditional industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, logistics, field services)
Ability to balance long‑term strategy with near‑term revenue impact
Experience influencing product roadmap decisions through ecosystem insights
Strong Plus If You Have
Experience in vertical SaaS or ERP‑adjacent platforms
Worked in Series B–D stage companies
Built partner tiering frameworks and activation programs from scratch
Company Clearstory is revolutionizing the commercial construction industry by digitizing and automating the change order process. Our first‑of‑its‑kind SaaS solution is designed to streamline communication, enhance transparency, and significantly reduce inefficiencies traditionally found in construction project management. With a strong foundation built on customer success, Clearstory partners with some of the largest general and subcontractors to deliver technology that drives significant ROI and transforms how teams manage change orders. The organization is experiencing impressive growth, with a four‑quarter trailing average of 75%+ quarter‑over‑quarter growth in dollar value processed on our platform.
Benefits
Competitive salary and meaningful equity ownership
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
401(k) plan to support your long‑term financial goals
Flexible PTO and company holidays
Remote‑friendly work environment with flexibility and autonomy
Opportunity to work alongside a high‑caliber, mission‑driven team
Career growth and leadership opportunities as the company scales
Clearstory is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or any other protected characteristic.
