We have an incredible opportunity for a
Product Business Analyst
to join our IT team, working in Coppell, TX. This role partners closely with the Product Owner to support the discovery, planning, and delivery of technology products that solve real user problems and advance ministry objectives.

Responsibilities
Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
Assist the Product Owner by creating, elaborating, and prioritizing user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Work with stakeholders and developers to clarify business requirements and maintain a well‑groomed backlog that delivers consistent business and user value.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and user discovery by acting as a liaison between the product team, stakeholders, and end users to uncover and validate needs. Supports discovery activities such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights that shape backlog priorities and product direction. Build strong relationships to ensure user feedback is regularly integrated into product planning and continuously advocates for user‑centered solutions.
Participate in agile product delivery by engaging in ceremonies, stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and release planning. Provides timely feedback and supports sprint execution by helping clarify scope, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment across disciplines.
Support product vision and strategic alignment by collaborating with the Product Owner to ensure user stories and backlog items align with the overall product vision and ministry goals.
Provide analytical support that contributes to strategic decision‑making and product direction.
Support quality assurance and product validation by reviewing deliverables and acceptance criteria to validate completeness and alignment with requirements. Assists with defect triage, bug prioritization, and documentation of enhancements.Contribute to product communication and documentation by supporting internal and external communication of product status and decisions. Helps document product functionality, supports implementation planning, and contributes to training materials for subject matter experts.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience
Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences
Strong ability to work collaboratively as an embedded product team
Thorough knowledge of digital product ecosystems and business process workflows
12 credit hours of college‑level Biblical Studies (required)
