Role Description We are seeking a
creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator
to join our Memphis office. This role supports our business development team and contributes to a wide range of marketing and communications efforts, including proposals and qualifications packages, presentations, marketing collateral, social media, advertising, website management, and internal and external communications. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Memphis, TN.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry or other professional services. Strong writing and editing skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud is required, with
advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign . A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
