Overview Seeking a Contract Specialist to support invoice validation and contract compliance within Construction Services. This role involves working with vendor MSAs, reviewing invoices, and ensuring accurate billing based on field work.
Key Responsibilities
Validate vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
Work with Salesforce/Conga and SAP for contract and invoice management.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and billing accuracy.
Maintain documentation, procedures, and contract records.
Required Skills
Experience in contracts, finance, AP, or office management.
Strong Excel, Word, and data analysis skills.
Experience with Salesforce and SAP preferred.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
