
Marketing Coordinator

What You'll Do:
Event & Trade Show Coordination
Support planning and execution of trade shows, open houses, workshops, and distributor events
Coordinate logistics such as shipping, exhibitor services, vendors, and on-site support
Assist with attendee coordination, lead capture, and post-event reporting
Support preparation of demo areas and showroom environments to align with event goals
Campaign & Program Execution
Support regional marketing campaigns, including product launches and demand generation efforts
Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners
Help set up event- and campaign-related activities in CRM systems to support lead routing and follow-up
Marketing Operations & Reporting
Assist with CRM and marketing automation processes (e.g., campaign tracking, reporting, lead performance)
Support tracking and reporting of campaign and event ROI in coordination with sales
Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and budgets for visibility and alignment
Content & Collateral Coordination
Coordinate production of sales presentations, brochures, booth graphics, signage, and promotional items
Work with internal teams and external vendors (printers, booth builders, agencies) to ensure materials meet brand standards and deadlines
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, or project coordination
Hands‑on experience supporting trade shows or customer events (preferred)
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce
Experience with project management tools a plus
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills
