The Sales Associate will provide clinical and customer support in hospitals and procedures, ensure customer service and product knowledge of DePuy Synthes products, support sales objectives, cover cases, and manage surgeon and account relationships within the assigned territory. They may offer/sell the breadth of portfolio, services, and solutions for assigned accounts. About Orthopaedics

DePuy Synthes offers a comprehensive orthopedics portfolio including joint reconstruction, trauma, craniomaxillofacial, spinal, sports medicine, and robotics/digital surgery. Key Responsibilities

Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customers; support product conversions with new customers; help attain sales goals and market share objectives in the territory. Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge; present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products. Support customers by attending surgeries; ensure proper equipment is available and optimized; provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation. Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; handle customer requests; manage hospital billing; create/close purchase orders. Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams; prepare sales reports as required. Maintain, track, and deploy equipment and assets; ensure promotional materials are presentable; ensure DePuy Synthes services meet quality standards. Focus on customer satisfaction and retention; differentiate DPS products by providing unique insights. Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 2 years of experience Minimum of 4 years of professional/related experience Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty (if applicable) Other Requirements

Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment Valid U.S. driver’s license Ability to travel, including weekends/overnight travel Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and customer-focused Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols and solutions preferred Equal Opportunity & Accommodation
