The
Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Architect
will provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for enterprise solutions built on Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and Azure. This role is responsible for ensuring scalable, secure, and well-governed implementations while serving as the primary technical authority for platform design, integration, and optimization.

Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end technical ownership of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including architecture, configuration, and lifecycle management
Design and architect enterprise solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), and Azure services
Lead the design and optimization of digital workflows, including email, chat, routing, and automation, following industry best practices
Establish, enforce, and evolve platform governance standards, including solution design guidelines, environment strategy, and ALM practices
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex troubleshooting, integrations, performance issues, and platform-related challenges
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews with clients and internal teams
Act as onsite or delivery technical lead for small teams, providing direction, mentoring, task delegation, and solution oversight
Support end users and administrators by diagnosing and resolving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform issue
Contribute to ongoing platform modernization initiatives, including adoption of new Microsoft capabilities and features
Required Skills & Required Experience Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM-focused)
5+ years of experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
Demonstrated expertise in customer service operations, including routing strategies, capacity management, interaction classification, and digital workflow implementation
Proven ability to design enterprise application architectures that are scalable, secure, and maintainable
Strong experience developing dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI and Dynamics 365
Ability to independently lead solution delivery, facilitate technical and functional workshops, and serve as a subject matter expert
Experience acting as a technical lead for small teams, providing architectural guidance and mentoring
Hands-on troubleshooting experience supporting Dynamics 365 and related platform issues
Excellent client-facing communication, documentation, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-enabled solutions
Azure integration experience (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management)
