
Personal Injury Intake Specialist

We’re looking for a terrific, people‑centered Intake Specialist who excels at guiding injured clients through one of the most stressful moments of their lives. This role is the first point of contact for potential personal injury clients, and your ability to listen, empathize, and gather accurate information will directly shape their experience and our ability to help them.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first voice of the firm, answering inbound calls, web inquiries, and referrals with professionalism, warmth, and urgency.
Conduct detailed intake interviews, capturing essential facts about accidents, injuries, medical treatment, and liability.
Evaluate case viability using firm criteria and escalate appropriately to attorneys or case managers.
Build trust quickly by demonstrating empathy, clarity, and confidence during sensitive conversations.
Document all information accurately in the case management system and maintain organized, compliant records.
Follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and maximize conversion.
Coordinate with attorneys and staff to schedule consultations and ensure smooth handoffs.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards in every interaction.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with case management or CRM systems.
Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy with distressed callers.
High level of integrity and respect for client confidentiality.
